Structural features

All metal sealing pair
All-metal bidirectional pressure butterfly valve sealing pair with metal to metal hard seal, seat/seal ring made of metal materials, and do surface hardening treatment, even if the opening and closing frequently, the valve can still maintain high sealing performance, greatly improve the service life of the valve

Double seal design
Achieve bidirectional sealing, can be positive and negative bidirectional pressure, positive or reverse pressure, no internal leakage occurred, and meet the standard zero leakage requirements;

Double safety construction
In order to prevent the butterfly plate deformation, valve stem dislocation and sealing surface occlusion caused by the influence of fluid pressure and temperature, two independent thrust rings are installed on the upper and lower sides of the butterfly plate respectively, so as to ensure the normal operation of the valve under any working conditions;
In order to prevent the sudden accident caused by the damaged stem flying out caused by unknown reasons, independent stem blowout proof structures are designed at the bottom and inside of the valve.

Dead zone free design
In the design process, especially considering the application problems in the field of regulation, make full use of the sealing principle of triple eccentric butterfly valve, did the Angle design of open die area, thus put an end to the open ordinary the valve opening jump phenomenon is more common rules out the internal friction is low valve opening range caused by all kinds of unstable factors such as cannot control phenomenon, which excludes the dead zone (not take), which means that almost can start from zero opening into the regulatory regions, until 90 opening.

The seat structure
All metal alloy steel forged seat structure is used.
Its advantages are anti-erosion, wear resistance, high temperature and high pressure resistance, long service life.

Replaceable seal pair
Seal can be replaced, because the disc is independent of the sealing surface and the butterfly plate, seat and body is separate, so the disc sealing surface and the valve seat can change at the same time when the butterfly plate sealing surface or damage to the seat, just change the butterfly plate seal face and seat can, greatly reduces the maintenance cost, reduce the maintenance time and maintenance intensity with difficulty
